I understand that sometimes you might just want a bit of quick advice or guidance. However, I don’t offer one-off advice outside of booked sessions. This is because meaningful support requires time and space to understand your situation fully and respond with care.
If you would like to explore something specific, I recommend booking a session so we can take the time to work through it together in a supportive and focused way.
Individual sessions last 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes), as I have found that the extra 15 minutes allow for a calmer start and a more relaxed ending.
Couples and family sessions are 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes) to ensure that everyone has the time and space to be heard and supported equally.
I understand that many people work long hours and prefer evening sessions. However, I don’t offer late-night appointments, as I want to ensure that I can show up fully present and energised for every client. Just as I encourage couples to maintain a healthy work-life balance, I also make sure to protect time for my own wellbeing. I appreciate your understanding that I may not be able to accommodate every appointment request.
Everything you share with me, whether during our sessions or in writing, is completely confidential. I am both legally and ethically committed to protecting your privacy and will not share any of your information with a third party. This duty of confidentiality continues even after our work together has ended, meaning I may not share private information at any time in the future.
Your privacy is very important to me. All personal information shared during our sessions or through the website is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
I only collect and store the information necessary to provide our sessions and communicate with you effectively. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
All digital records are stored securely, and any communication via email or online platforms is protected to ensure your information remains safe.
Counselling, coaching, and couples therapy are all collaborative processes that only create change when you actively engage in them. Coaching provides a supportive space with a neutral third party who helps you explore your challenges and gain new perspectives. The aim is to bring clarity and insight, so you can recognise what needs to change, what to let go of, and how to move forward. Through this process, you take responsibility for your actions, your personal growth, and your commitment to creating positive change.
As a counsellor and coach, my role is to support, guide, and empower you to create positive change in your life and business.
However, I am not a licensed psychologist, a clinical psychotherapist or medical professional, and therefore I can't diagnose, treat, or promise healing from any mental health conditions or diseases.
My work focuses on personal growth, creating new habits, mindset, and practical strategies for success. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified healthcare provider alongside our work.
As mentioned earlier, I am bound by a duty of confidentiality, with certain exceptions required by law. These exceptions apply in specific situations where there is a risk to your life or the life of others, or if a criminal act has been planned or carried out. In these cases, the law may require me to inform the authorities.
If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please email me with your request. Once your data has been removed, I will send you a confirmation message.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to understand themselves and each other more deeply, and to create lasting change. Whether you are navigating conflict, healing after a breakup or divorce, or feeling distant and unsure how to reconnect, my work supports you in finding clarity, compassion, and renewed closeness. It is important to know that meaningful change takes focus and willingness. Coaching and counselling are not quick fixes, but with commitment, focus and effort, they can lead to profound transformation.
In our first session, we will take the time to get to know you and explore what brings you to me. We will clarify what you would like support with and identify your wishes and goals for our work together.
Each session is a safe and supportive space for you to talk openly about what’s going on in your life and what you’d like to change or improve. We will start by exploring what feels most important to you right now, then work together to gain clarity, uncover patterns, and find practical steps forward. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and guide you towards insights and strategies that help you move closer to where you want to be. Every session is unique, because it’s shaped around your needs and goals.
An individual session lasts 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) and costs €160 (approximately 1.050 DKK).
A couples counselling session lasts 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes) and costs €190 (approximately 1.350 DKK).
A family counselling session lasts 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes) and costs €190 (approximately 1.350 DKK).
I offer individual sessions for clients between 18 and 26 years old for €75, so they also have the possibility to get support while they study or look for a job.
The coaching programme Getting Unstuck costs €950 (approximately 7.100 DKK) and the Relationship Clarity coaching programme costs €940 (approximately 7.025 DKK).
Please note that instalment plans are not available at this time.
The frequency of our sessions depends on your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. Most clients choose to meet twice a month over a period of six months. However, this can vary from person to person and couple to couple. Some people find clarity after just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support for a longer period of time. The number of sessions depends on your goals, challenges, and preferences. We will discuss what feels right for you and adjust as we go.
There are no topics we can't talk about, as I am bound by confidentiality. Together, we create a safe and respectful space where your boundaries are honoured, and you are gently supported and challenged in an environment built on trust and accountability.
I offer online couples therapy and coaching sessions, which you can easily book through my online booking system. Simply choose a date and time that suits you and complete your payment securely by debit- or credit- card. Our sessions take place online via Zoom, making it easy and accessible wherever you are.
After booking a session you will receive an email with the Zoom link. You simply click on the click when it's time for your session.
If you don't receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Please double-check that you have entered your email address correctly and that there isn't a typo. This is by far the most common and likely reason why an order confirmation doesn't arrive.
If the confirmation email is not in your spam folder, you are welcome to contact me. I will then send you a confirmation and further information regarding your booking.
Health insurance doesn’t cover this type of counselling and coaching, as it’s a private investment in your personal growth and wellbeing. It’s a commitment to yourself and your future, designed to help you create lasting change.
You don’t need to prepare anything before our first session. This session is simply for us to get to know each other and to explore what you would like to focus on and achieve.
After some sessions, I may offer you small tasks or reflections to help you move towards your goals. We will always discuss these together in our next session. It is completely okay if something feels challenging or unfinished — these tasks and exercises are meant to support you, not to judge or pressure you.
You might want to change your relationship or marriage, but you can't change it alone. A partnership means that both parties play a role in the relationship, so it's not possible to change the other person if they don't want to or change the dynamics by yourself. It's quite common for one partner to feel more ready for counselling than the other. If your partner is not sure about coming, that is okay. You can still begin the process on your own. Often, when one person starts exploring new ways of communicating and understanding, it naturally creates positive shifts in the relationship. Many partners become more open to joining once they see the changes that start to happen. It is important to mention that we will not blame the partner for the challenges in the relationship when they are not present. It is not about blaming and talking behind someone's back. It is about taking responsibility for your own role and contribution in the relationship.
Many couples ask this question. They have already talked together, tried going to a therapist, and read self-help books etc.. Informtion and knowledge doesn't always help. I will help you realise your recurring patterns that unconsciously influence your relationship, and help you find a solution-oriented strategy that suits you.
Booking a session is simple. Start by choosing the topic you would like support with. Then take a look at the online calendar and select a date and time that suits you. You can complete your booking and payment securely online using a credit- or debit card.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details you need. I will then send you a separate email with the Zoom link for our session. When it's time, simply click the link to join, and we will begin our session together.
Yes, I offer bookings exclusively through the online calendar on my website. This helps keep everything organised and ensures that each session is scheduled smoothly. It isn’t possible to request appointments via email.
At the moment, all sessions are held online via Zoom. This allows you and your loved ones to connect from the comfort of your own home, making it easier to fit sessions into your schedule and create a relaxed environment for open conversation. Many families find that meeting online helps everyone feel more at ease and engaged. I will guide you through the simple process of joining your session, so it’s easy and stress-free.
Absolutely. Many of the couples, families and individuals I work with are experiencing coaching for the first time. You don’t need to have any previous experience to begin. I will guide you through each step, explain how the process works, and create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable and safe exploring whatever’s on your mind.
It takes courage and motivation to even ask or look for support. You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning counselling. Many people come to their first session simply knowing that something feels difficult or that they would like things to be different. Together, we will explore what’s going on and find a starting point that feels comfortable for you. My role is to guide, empower and support you gently through the process, one step at a time.
Everyone is different and unique. Everyone’s experience is different. Some people notice small shifts after the very first session, while for others, change unfolds more gradually as we explore things together. What matters most is that you are taking the first step towards understanding and growth. I will support you throughout the process, helping you notice progress and celebrate the positive changes along the way.
It’s completely okay if not everyone feels ready to join at first. While it can be helpful when all family members take part, meaningful progress can still happen even if only some attend. Sometimes, one person starting the process can create positive changes that encourage others to join later on. I always meet families where they are, and we will work together in a way that feels comfortable and respectful for everyone involved.
No. Although I use many methods, frameworks, theories and tools from psychology, I am not a clinical psychologist.
I am a couples counsellor and systemic coach, which means that I work solution-oriented and concrete, not like a psychologist who would analyse your traumas. I combine different approaches and methods, and translate them into practical exercises to help you find concrete solutions for your everyday life. If clinical treatment would make more sense, I will let you know and recommand working with other professionals that can help you.
I have a seperate section in this website where I explain all methods, tools and inspirational theories I use in my work with individuals, couples and families. If you would like to learn about it, please visit that page using the button below.
I hold a Master’s degree in Communication Science. I am also a certified Systemic Coach, Coach, and Couples Counsellor. I have worked within marketing, communications, and PR and I also have a creative background in creative writing and acting. This means that I offer a unique combination of academia, working experience and creativity. My training has given me a strong foundation in understanding family dynamics, communication patterns, and relationship systems. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing professional development, ensuring that my work is informed by the latest research and best practice.
These qualifications have equipped me with the skills to support individuals, couples, and families through complex and often emotional situations. My systemic training helps me see the bigger picture, recognising how relationships and environments influence each person’s experience. Combined with my counselling and coaching background, I can offer both emotional support and practical tools to help people navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and create positive change in their relationships. If you would like to read more about my background, certifications and courses, please visit the About page using the button below.
Every family is unique, and I deeply value the diversity that each one brings. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and openness. I take time to understand your family’s values, traditions, and ways of communicating, so that our work together feels relevant and supportive. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and understood, no matter their background or culture.
Aside from my qualifications and my empathy, I have a deep understanding and personal experience for different backgrounds, cultures and religions. As someone who came to Europe as a refugee, I understand what it feels like to navigate change, uncertainty, and the challenges of building a new life. My own experiences of racism and discrimination have shaped the way I work, deepening my empathy and commitment to creating a space where every person feels valued and respected. These experiences have taught me the importance of understanding, resilience, and belonging, which are at the heart of my work with families today.
Because my work focuses on personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and relationship development, I don’t provide formal certificates or documents after sessions. However, many clients find that the insights and progress they experience through our work together serve as meaningful evidence of their growth. If you need a simple confirmation of attendance for your own records, I’m happy to provide that upon request.
