The Story Behind Together New

For years, I felt lost, numb, and disconnected from myself. I was trapped in a cycle of self-doubt, isolation, and a toxic relationship that drained my spirit. I spent over a decade second-guessing every decision, believing I was useless and unworthy of happiness.

My turning point came during a deep depression, when I realised I couldn’t keep living that way. I had to choose myself, even if it meant starting over from nothing. That moment of courage — fragile but real — became the seed of Together New.

Together New was born from my desire to help others who feel stuck, ashamed, or alone. It’s a space built on empathy, respect, understanding, and equality — a reminder that no one has to face their struggles in silence.

My mission is simple: to show that everyone is capable of change, greatness, and happiness. No matter how lost you feel, it’s never too late to begin again.

Change is possible

Remember, whatever you wish to change can be changed. Ask yourself where you can begin today. Every small step you take in the direction of your goals matters. You do not need to do everything at once. Consistent, gentle progress leads to meaningful transformation.

Everyone has potential, value, and talent

There are times when we may feel hopeless, tired, stuck, or demotivated, believing we have nothing to offer. But that simply isn’t true. Every person has unique value, potential, and talent waiting to be expressed. With the right mindset, effort, and support, you can move forward and create the success you desire.

Taking your feelings seriously and befriending your inner critic

We cannot simply delete or numb our feelings. Many people try to escape them through alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, television, or sex, but that relief is only temporary. The emotions always return, often more strongly, until we listen. It is important to recognise, accept, and allow what we feel, and to explore what those emotions are trying to tell us. They always carry an important message.

We all know the voice of the inner critic that follows us through life. But it is possible to turn that relationship around. Instead of seeing your inner critic as an enemy, you can learn to make it your ally. Let it become a gentle motivator that helps you grow, rather than a saboteur that holds you back.
